Shrexxonvorthral

1. Introduction and Scope

This Return Policy sets out your rights and our procedures in relation to returns, refunds, and the exercise of your right of withdrawal when you purchase products from Shrexxonvorthral via the website shrexxonvorthral.world (the "Website").

We comply with applicable Danish and European Union consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (the "Consumer Rights Directive") and the Danish Consolidation Act on Consumer Agreements (Forbrugeraftaleloven, LBK nr. 818 af 04/06/2024). This policy applies to consumers who enter into distance or off-premises contracts with us. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under mandatory consumer law.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area (including Denmark), you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those expressly set out in this policy.

2.1 Commencement and Duration of the Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple goods in one order which are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good. If the goods are delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of any clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form set out in Section 6 below, but it is not obligatory. You may also send us an email or letter. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay. If you communicate your withdrawal by email, the withdrawal period is deemed to have been respected if you send the communication before the period expires.

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

2.4 Return of the Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We recommend that you return the goods in their original packaging, unopened and unused where possible, to avoid any reduction in the refund amount. We advise you to use a trackable delivery service and to retain proof of postage.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive (as implemented in Danish law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Dietary supplements fall within the latter category: once the seal on the packaging has been broken or the product has been used, the goods may not be suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons. In such circumstances, we may refuse to accept a withdrawal. However, this exception does not affect your rights in respect of non-conforming goods (see Section 4). If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or does not conform to the contract, your statutory rights apply regardless of whether the seal has been broken.

4. Statutory Rights in Respect of Non-Conforming Goods

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have statutory rights if the goods do not conform to the contract. Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) and the Consumer Rights Directive, the seller must deliver goods which are in conformity with the contract. Goods are in conformity if they: (a) correspond to the description given by the seller; (b) possess the qualities which the seller has held out to the consumer as a sample or model; (c) possess the qualities necessary for the use for which goods of the same type are normally used; (d) show the quality and performance normal for goods of the same type; and (e) comply with any pre-contractual information we have provided.

If the goods do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to:

Your rights in respect of lack of conformity generally apply for a period of two years from the time of delivery (or longer if provided by law). You must inform us of the lack of conformity within a reasonable time after you discovered or ought to have discovered it. We may request that you return the product for inspection. We will bear the cost of return in the case of non-conforming goods.
